Good quality, delivery could improve
I bought a Panama notebook and a leather bookmark from Smythson during their mid-season sale. The quality of both items is really good, exactly what I expected for the price. The paper in the notebook feels nice to write on. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach New Jersey, which felt a bit long, especially since I've had faster shipping from UK brands before. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products, but they could probably speed up their shipping process a little.
Reliable as always
This was my third time ordering from Smythson, and they're consistently good. I picked up one of their classic diaries and a small zip wallet. The personalization on the diary came out perfectly, just like it did on my passport cover last year. Their leather goods always hold up really well. Shipping was about the same as my previous orders, around a week to California, which is fine. I keep coming back because you know exactly what you're getting, and their stuff just lasts. Definitely a reliable brand if you want something that's going to stay nice.
